Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Interview Experience - Gurgaon, India
Process
They called me for an interview on Saturday. They mentioned it was a scheduled drive, but over 70 people were present.
My first round started after waiting for 4-5 hours. After clearing the first round, which took about an hour, my second round began. This was a telephonic round, and the interview went well. I was selected.
They informed me of my selection and stated they would contact me on Monday. On Monday, HR called and asked for details such as notice period, current CTC, and expected CTC. They also mentioned that there might be one more round, a client round.
After another week, I received a call from a different HR representative from Chennai. Again, they asked for the same details and said they would provide an update the next day. However, I have not received any call or update from Capgemini since then. It has already been more than a month.
