It was only one technical and one HR discussion. I’m 6.5 years experienced. Maybe that’s the reason for only one technical. Everything went for only one week. But Capgemini HR team is the worst of the lot. I have given my documents and filled all required forms for the offer letter. Even after 45 days, they are still processing the offer. No replies to your mail, messages, purely unprofessional members in HR delivery spoiling the company’s reputation. I had planned to go to Capgemini since I believed it was a good choice, but in those 40 days of waiting time, I lost hope in them, got a better offer, and moved on. They are conducting interview drives but have not released the offer. I don’t know if they are interviewing simply to show that they are in the market too.
