Process

It was a two-day continuous interview process on our campus.

The first round was written, consisting of three sections: reasoning, quantitative ability, and English.

The cut-off marks for each were 60 percent, with 20, 15, and 20 questions respectively. There was no negative marking.

The next round was a group discussion.

The last round was a personal one-on-one technical interview.

Pros: Good remote working team, relaxed and empathetic. Good facilities, no rush, no stress. Plenty of learning material, many communication channels. New and adequate work equipment.

Cons: Typical salary for the stack (given the lack of information on raises). At times, everything feels a bit impersonal, given it's such a large company, but only at times. Bureaucracy, I suppose, is inevitably tedious (regarding time tracking, vacation registration...).

Cons: Typical salary for the stack (given the lack of information on raises). At times, everything feels a bit impersonal, given it's such a large company, but only at times. Bureaucracy, I suppose, is inevitably tedious (regarding time tracking, vacation registration...).

Two Sum
