I have had a very bad experience with this company, twice.

First, they called me for a face-to-face interview. The technical and managerial rounds were held on the same day, and the HR round was telephonic. The HR representative was very rude and offered me less than a 15% hike, which is the least any company would offer on a switch.

Second, they conducted my technical interview and HR interview telephonically. The technical panel was good, but again, the HR representative was unprofessional. They did not update me about the profile status, nor did they respond to any of my emails.

One of my colleagues experienced the same.

I would say this company is not serious about its hiring process.
