My experience with Capgemini was not good.

The interview process itself was good, but at the end, HR refused to provide me with the discussed offer.

I cleared the interview, and the package was discussed with HR. They agreed to offer a lesser package initially, with the condition that they would provide the originally discussed offer one week before my joining date.

I accepted the offer letter with the reduced amount. However, with 15 days remaining until my joining date, they informed me that they were not getting business approval and therefore could not provide the initially discussed package. They also mentioned that the HR representative I had spoken with had left the organization.

Ultimately, I rejected the offer and joined another organization. It was a bad experience. :(

They ask questions based on the position they are hiring for. I applied for a Senior Software Engineer position. There were technical rounds related to my programming language and experience.
