This is the worst process. I attended the interview for Capgemini in March and waited for a long time.

I completed the technical and HR rounds. They told me the HR from Pune would follow up to release the offer letter.

After nearly one month, they said my profile was not approved by the next level. This is a waste. Before attending the interview, I clearly stated my expectations. After waiting a long time for the interview and completing the HR and technical rounds, they are telling me it's not approved by the next level.

If you are not ready to give offer letters, why do you need to conduct interviews and waste our time? We could have attended another company at the same time.

The process is a waste. Please don't waste our time if you just want to pass the time.
