They conducted three rounds. The first was a machine-based test, followed by two more rounds: one technical and another more managerial.

I cleared all of them. The HR asked me for my documents and later called to discuss the package. She offered me a 16% hike on my CTC, which amounted to just a 3K rise per month in hand. The HR initially said she would make it a round figure.

A few days later, she stated that I fell into the P3 level and my current CTC was already high (I have a total of 4.5 years of experience). She said she couldn't give me any hike and asked if I could join with just a 25K hike on my current CTC. Everything was known to her before conducting the interviews.

Trust me, guys, if you are going for an interview, talk to them about the package beforehand. All my rounds were not conducted on the same day. It was a mere waste of my time.

One suggestion to the HR department: don't waste others' time. If money is a concern, get that cleared out before conducting the interview itself.
