The interview process was quite lengthy. I have been shortlisted for SSE and was contacted by Capgemini. My concerned HR was polite, understanding, and good. She explained the overall process. I went through 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round.

• The first technical round was telephonic and totally based on Java/J2EE basics, along with your background information.
• The second technical round was a Skype round where they went deep into your skills and asked some tricky questions. Stick to the point.
• The HR round was a piece of cake, covering salary negotiation, joining date, and notice period.
