Pros: From the moment I joined Capgemini, the I-CAP program has been instrumental in my smooth transition into the company. The program began with comprehensive orientation sessions that provided a deep dive into Capgemini's culture, values, and organizational structure. These sessions were incredibly informative and helped me understand the company's ethos and my role within it. The training modules were another highlight of the program. They were meticulously designed to equip me with the necessary skills and knowledge required for my role. The hands-on approach and real-world scenarios used in the training were particularly beneficial.
