Unprofessional Recruiters
You and the recruiter agree on an amount on the first call itself. You clear all the interview rounds with flying colors. But then, when it's time for the company to release your offer, Capgemini drops the ball.
The recruiter tells you there isn't enough budget, and so on. You try to negotiate and lower your expectations to X-1, X-2, etc., but the recruiter still claims the company has no funds.
This is a pathetic thing to do. It's so unprofessional. Do you people think candidates have all the free time in the world to attend your interviews?
Next time, check your pocket first before asking candidates to appear for an interview, or else don't invite skilled people for an interview.
