In Capgemini, I was selected for the Vodafone client in 2017. The documentation was done before releasing the offer, so I was waiting for the offer from them. After 3 weeks, I tried to contact them. Then HR told me that my offer was declined but didn't give the exact reason why.

Again, in Aug 2021, an interview was done for the Synchrony client. After 15 days, I tried to connect with the manager and HR team. The manager told me that the offer was declined due to the package. If they do not have that budget, then why did they take the interview and why connect with the candidate again and again?

Even that manager personally called me and said that it was positive from him and he wants me in his team, so I shouldn't accept any offer from another team in Capgemini. When I asked him why the offer was declined and no one informed me, he was shouting on me like he had no manners. In this time, around 3 to 4 rounds happened.
