Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India
Process
Two technical rounds and an HR round were conducted. After the HR discussion, the next day I was told the BU rejected my offer. I asked for the reason for rejection, but they had none. It seems they were only conducting interviews and entertaining us. If they have no budget, why are they hiring? They are making fools of us.
