I was referred by a consultancy.
They made me wait 1-2 hours before starting the first round, which was a 45-minute technical test on Core Java and Spring, consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions.
After clearing the test, I was scheduled for the Level 1 discussion round an hour later. This round lasted for an hour.
Once done, I was told to wait at reception for another hour, only to hear that the panel would take time to provide feedback and that I could leave for the day.
The HR management here is the worst. They just kill your time. I would advise you to take a full day off if you want to be interviewed here.
Plus, the HR I interacted with did not even have the courtesy to tell me this in person.
HRs are the first people you interact with at a company. Such inefficient, unorganized, and lethargic HRs make the company look bad.
I was grilled mostly on OOPS, Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
