I was called by their HR and asked about my availability for a video interview. I was told they were open to salary, and as such, I asked to know the CTC they would be offering. I was told they could offer up to 10 LPA.
The HR was very unprofessional; they rescheduled my interview twice. On the third attempt, the interview took place. The technical person was really nice and asked questions about React, ES, Redux, and hooks. The interview was smooth and lasted almost an hour. The technical person told me that the HR would call me.
The HR then emailed me, stating I was selected for the interview and the HR team would get back to me. After that, I received a mail to upload my documents, and then the HR told me they would communicate shortly via messaging.
One month passed, and they never got back to me. Another HR sent me mails for the post. They asked about my relieving letter and to join in 15 days, which is not possible, as with a one-month notice period, nobody will give it.
Such a waste of time with this company. Guys, ask the HR for the CTC before getting into the interview, otherwise, it is a waste of time. Fortunately for me, I got selected at LT Infotech, where the process was fast and totally professional.
