Initial call with a recruiter to find out background and salary expectations. Then, I had two rounds of interviews, which were mainly related to subject matter and competency-based questions.

The recruiter then came back with a salary offer that was nowhere near what I expected. After negotiation, we agreed on a salary, and I was told this was forwarded to the business.

Then, there was no communication at all. However, after a couple of emails, I found out this position was paused.

This just wastes candidates' time. Don't wait for this company; the process is not handled professionally.
