Pros: Great prestige, a diverse workforce, and a lot of resources.

Cons: Not well organized. They tend to have a lot of ideas, but their plans don't seem to measure up, at least in the HR Department. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hands are doing. If you are an established professional in your field, you may get more feedback when asked, but their internal communications and organization for a company that size are not good. It felt like you are talking to a wall. Also, you are expected to pay out of pocket for certifications that you are strongly encouraged to try for if you fail the certification test. I am giving three stars because it was definitely a good learning experience, and my situation was also impacted by the pandemic and the fact that I was a paid intern (small fish, huge pool). I think other people with more experience in that type of environment (and perhaps connections) would do fine there.

Pros: Good experience as a trainee.

Cons: Nothing bad to say about Capgemini.

Pros: One of those organizations that actually looks after its employees, except for some creepy managers. Many technologies are available to work with. The HR department is really helpful.

Cons: Cloud Infrastructure Services is the worst part of this organization, especially if you are getting into the GCC unit. The managers are mostly underqualified and never understand what employees require. They bully employees, and taking leave here is a sinful thing. Some of the teams, like Unix, force you to work on regular rotational shifts.
