I was selected through the campus drive from my college. The interview went well; I had three rounds: 1. Aptitude, 2. Technical, and 3. HR round. Technical questions were asked depending on the branch we were from. The panelists were cool. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: 1. Good benefits
2. Flexibility of time to work
3. Work environment is great even while WFH.
Cons: 1. The pay is less. For example, an engineer and a graduate degree holder doing the same work will have different pay, with the engineer's being higher.
2. As a fresher, the technology you'll work on is not in your hands. It will be chosen for you, depending on your luck :)
3. Don't expect HRs to reply to your queries. Most of the time, they don't.
