The first was an assessment test, then a technical interview, and finally an HR round. After that, I received a call from HR, and the next day I received the LOI.

Pros: Provides sufficient training before project deployment. Good salary package for freshers. Hybrid working mode: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home. Quick updates for queries. Infrastructure is really good.
Cons: Technical issues in lab training.
Leaves are not applicable during training unless it's an emergency.
