Software Associate/A3 Interview Experience - Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Process
The interview process was not too hard. There were three rounds to crack the interview.
I cleared the aptitude round, followed by the technical round where several questions were asked about computer applications. Then, I was asked to briefly explain my final year project that I did for my BCA. I explained well and was shortlisted for the HR round.
The HR round was simple and formal.
A few weeks later, I received my LOI. After that, a very friendly HR team called me and explained the process I needed to follow to get the offer. I followed their instructions.
Finally, today I got my offer letter. Tomorrow, I am about to join Capgemini Chennai at SIPCOT.
