Pros: They are following a hybrid work model.
Cons: If you want to join any other project that aligns with your skillset, BU will not release you. They will force you to either work for a different skillset in one of the projects present in their BU, or they will show you doors to PIP (an easy and simple way to get rid of a resource who questioned about unfair skill alignment).
