Worst interview process, with no proper response. They simply waste your time even after you are done with the interview, and they don't give a reason for rejection. I've had the worst experience multiple times, even after completing L2.

Pros: At the end of the month, the payroll is received without problems.
Cons: No salary increases despite project achievements. Seniority and CPI increases are absorbed into your own salary, so the employee's purchasing power decreases each time. Many protocols and difficulty in installing the tools needed for the end client's work. Foreign technical service.

Pros: Since it's an MNC, it's good to join for the initial experience and familiarize the corporate environment. Job satisfaction depends on the project you are assigned to.
Cons: The salary is not that great for freshers.
