The first round happened. If you clear the first round, then it proceeds as in other companies.
No aptitude test; it's a direct interview.
This interview is telephonic.
The voice was not clear at once.
It lasted around an hour.
I don't have much to write about the interview process, as it's the same in every service-based company.
