Technical Round

Questions are generally based on your CV. The focus is on projects you worked on, obstacles faced, and methods of overcoming them.

HR Round

Matters like notice period, salary, designation, location, and shift timings are likely to be discussed in this round. The results of the selection process and your offer letter could take four to six weeks to arrive in case of a normal recruitment. In urgent recruitments, that timeframe is generally cut down to a week.

After they have joined, experienced candidates are asked to attend an induction program and need to complete the documentation process.
