Pros: Comme toutes les ESN, rien de spécial
Cons: Énormément, le client viens en premier toujours, environnement parfois toxique chez les client (pas de soutien côté Capgemini), pas de transparence, pas d'augmentation de salaire, trop de bureaucratie, etc.
