The interview process began with a first-round video call, followed by a client interview, and concluded with an HR round.
Questions were mainly asked on the technologies mentioned in the resume. For me, most of the questions were on Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and database-related topics.

Pros: Nice office with free snacks
Cons: Working at Insider means churning out clickbait lists and 200-word puff pieces. Quality doesn't matter.
This varies a lot by vertical, but the section I wrote for had the most incompetent, dispassionate, and patronizing management I've ever worked with. Staff morale was so low that there were only two writers left on my team by the time I quit.
Insider exposed me to the absolute worst of the digital journalism landscape. I don't think I'll be returning to the industry.

Lots of clients and projects.
Cons: Sometimes, if you are working at a client location, there seems to be a bit of ignorance regarding your performance.
