Process

It was pathetic. As scheduled, walk-ins for almost 100 members had no proper arrangements. There was one lady who was shouting at candidates. Finally, I went to the 2nd floor. It was 1:00 PM. At around 2:30, the written test began, which I cleared with 17 out of 30. But I was looking for my turn for the technical interview. I waited until 7:00 PM.

After that, with frustration, I asked some guy when my turn would be. He told me that I was out for the first round. I came out and thought, 'I got 17 out of 30; how will I not be cleared when candidates with 12 were cleared?' With this thought, I asked again.

After this, he said sorry and arranged for me to see some idiot named Reddy (Bangalore Ecospace). He was asking some stupid questions, as if he only knew Java. I answered some and did not answer some. He took two people simultaneously. One person sitting with me was giving all the wrong answers, but the final result was that he was through that round.

What pathetic management.
