Process

This was a campus hiring process, completed in a single day. The entire process had three phases:

  1. Aptitude Test: Conducted by CoCubes.com, the test had 75 questions with 25 each in reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and English language abilities, to be completed in 60 minutes. The questions were simple but required good speed to cover the paper and achieve a decent number of attempts in the given time. A good standard book can help you get through this stage.

  2. Group Discussion: My panel had 9 members, and we discussed a burning national topic. Maintaining correct body posture and clearly conveying your points will be key here. Staying updated with the news would help.

  3. Personal Interview: The interview was easy. I was asked about my hobbies, habits, school life, college life, co-curricular activities, grades, etc. I was also asked some basic definitions for C programming and finally, an easy C program.

Questions

Q. What are your hobbies?

What is your final year project about?

Explain the inconsistency in your grades.

What is an array?

What are pointers?

Write a program to find the greatest of three numbers.

Was this helpful?
