Pros: 1. Good work-life balance.

4. Good managers who bring the best out of you.
Cons: 1. Infrastructure could be better.
2. For freshers, it all depends on luck. If they are lucky, they can get good projects in a great domain; otherwise, they will be stuck in projects where they have little growth. Most of them might have to wait for projects for a long time.

Pros: There are multiple technologies to work on. If you are a fresher, you will be randomly put in any.
Cons: If there are not many projects, the bench period lasts for even more than six months, and you might get shifted from development to testing.

Cons: Bond of 2 years as a fresher when you join. The initial package is a minimum.
