Pros: Excellent training, good facilities, good team culture, a good place to start a career in software, and a great place for experienced employees.
Cons: Vacation time is short, and you cannot roll over very much of it at the end of the year. The pay was not attractive.

New thing to learn and work culture is very good.
Service-based company, so do not expect development-based projects.
Cons: Salary for freshers is the lowest in the market.
Sometimes you don't get a project in your own domain. Managers may cheat you after deploying you to a project in the name of development.
