The recruitment process involved the following rounds:

• Aptitude Test (Quantitative, Reasoning, English)
• Technical Round (mine was a one-to-one session)
• HR Round (mine was a one-to-one session)

This was a university pool recruitment process where students from WBUT and other universities received invitations to appear. The important criteria for appearing was achieving above 60% in 10th, 12th, and semester marks to date. The process was lengthy due to the large number of candidates who registered.

3. Why our company?
4. Introduction.

HR Round

1. Introduction again.
2. Recheck whether you are determined to work in the company or not.
3. Questions on industrial training you did.
4. Some other personal questions.
