I was employed at Capgemini through an on-campus drive. The issue with the hiring process was that after being employed at Capgemini for one and a half years, I received a Letter of Intent. Once hired, we aren't given an option to select between Development, Testing, or Maintenance. Therefore, we have to make sure to email HR in advance regarding what we are looking for from Capgemini.
