I was given the opportunity to attend campus recruitment. There were three rounds: Aptitude, GD, and HR. Most people were filtered out in the aptitude round since it had negative marks. Then came the GD. Finally, there was one HR interview. The GD was quite easy, and they gave easy topics.

Pros: Has an open environment for people who like to be in a free and fun area. It also has workers who are willing to help and motivate you. Benefits are great, as they provide packages for new hires and bonuses for experienced employees.
Cons: The experience may be great as a fresh starting experience, but the salary offer will likely not be as much if you are starting as an employee. Although, once you've attained at least 1 year of experience, the offer does get better.
