I received this opportunity from an institute. They called us for a written test, which was difficult, but I got through it. Then I faced a technical interview, which was average, and finally an HR interview, which was pretty easy to crack.

Pros: Only people who are not serious about their job and are preparing for CAT, GRE, or GMAT feel it is a great company, as there is almost no work and no projects.
Cons: People who have no other chance than doing a job feel devastated because of no work and a long bench period.
