Process
I was hired on campus.
We had three rounds:

IQ Aptitude test: Checked my IQ. It had verbal and analysis questions, which were quite easy. The cutoff was about 25/40.

Group Discussion: We were given a topic in a round panel conference with eight people, including me. The panel checked each person's ability to speak fluently within a crowd.

Personal interview: This was a one-on-one interview with personal questions, such as why Capgemini and why the specific branch (ECE to IT).
I cleared all three rounds and got the job. The experience was good.
