Pros: The company is connected with many organizations, so it is very helpful for those entering the domain.
The two-year plan and availability of training are empowering. Free certification is helpful.
The spirit of inclusion, celebration of diversity, and commitment to ethics.
Cons: The vibe is deeply hierarchical, based on seniority, despite claims of a "flat" corporate structure.
There isn't really enough time to make use of the promises of training and certification.
Out of touch with the values and vibe of NGT members. It feels corporate and limiting beyond a certain point of personal development.
Management could benefit from better coordination and a longer-term vision.
