The Resource Managers don't have any sense of talking. They will talk considering you as a beggar with no manners. Management is very loose. They use low-quality coffee beans to increase profit. HRs don't know their work. They don't even reply if you ping them 5 times a day. It doesn't make a difference to them whether you are from a development project or any other. If they want, they will push you into the IKEA support project. At a certain point in time, you will think as if they only have one project, which is IKEA support.
