Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mumbai, India

Process

I have cracked the second round of interviews.

Even though they sent an email for being shortlisted and took all my documents, the HR kept delaying the offer for two weeks. They consistently said it was "pending approval from senior authorities," which never materialized.

After some time, I got to know they had closed the position with other candidates. The rest of the team seemed annoyed that an extra candidate had been shortlisted.

Such cheap tactics should never be expected from such a big brand in the IT industry.

Take note: Don't believe Capgemini HR until you have released the offer letter after your selection. They don't care about your skills; they just mark you as a number (years of experience).
