• Assignment or portfolio review (for creative/design roles).

1. Technical/Panel Interview(s) One or more rounds where you are interviewed by engineers, team leads, or domain experts.

You may be asked to:

• Solve problems live (whiteboard or online).
• Explain your previous projects or experience.
• Answer scenario-based or domain-specific questions.

1. Managerial/Behavioral Interview Usually with the hiring manager or team leader.

Focuses on:

• Your work style, communication, and team collaboration.
• How you handle challenges and conflicts.
• Cultural fit and long-term goals.

1. Final HR Round / Salary Discussion Discussion of compensation, benefits, work policies, and joining date.

Any final questions from both sides.

1. Offer Letter If selected, you'll receive a formal offer.

Some companies may also conduct background verification at this stage.
