Process
The Capgemini interview experience was smooth and took place on campus. There were three rounds:
- An aptitude test. Roughly 61 out of 200 candidates cleared this round and proceeded to the Group Discussions. Almost everyone was able to clear this round.
- The last round was a Tech cum HR interview.
Overall, the interview experience was very good, and I was selected. It was a relatively easy interview, but the aptitude test was difficult.
