After a long and boring pre-placement presentation, we were taken to the labs to write the online test. It was conducted by CoCubes.
The test was 80 minutes in total: 50 minutes for analytical ability, followed by 30 minutes of written English.
The analytical test had two sections (Quantitative + Logical), each with 16 questions and no negative marking. Each question was worth one mark.
Next, the English test was an online essay writing task with a word limit of 300-345 words. It was worth 10 marks. There was no negative marking in either test.
50 out of 150 cleared this round.
Then came the interview, which included both HR and TR. Both interviews were conducted simultaneously, with more emphasis given to the technical interview. The HR interview was just a formality.
Since I am from EXTC, I was not asked much about programming, but only about my final year project.
