I was hired from CDAC Pune. The hiring process involved several stages:
- An aptitude and technical written round.
- One technical interview.
- One HR interview.
The technical interview lasted 40-50 minutes, while the HR interview was about 20 minutes long.

Pros: The ecosystem is great!
Alot of communities inside the organization to hang around and contribute.
Office space is great!
Cons: Almost no flexibility for freshers when it comes to choosing their own area of interest and working on the same.
The employee, mainly a fresher, doesn't get to work on what he/she wants within 18 months of employment.
After 18 months, he/she will be eligible to work/interview for other projects for the role they want.
