Pros: Capgemini provides benefits to employees. Learning platforms are great; almost everything is available in Capgemini learning portals. Employees work in a positive environment, and the relations between them are nice.
Cons: Everything is done virtually these days. On the Capgemini Next platform, video buffering takes too long.
