On the first day, we had to give two tests. The first was more of a non-technical nature. Students who cleared this had to take the technical test on the same day, immediately after the announcement of results. We received a mail mentioning the students shortlisted for interview rounds to be conducted the next day. There were two rounds of interview: technical and HR.
Technical Round: The interviewer focused mainly on the CV. He asked questions on every possible thing mentioned in the CV, so be thorough with your CV. Apart from this, he asked me questions on SQL and OOPs, gave some hypothetical situations and asked for my views on them, and some puzzles.
HR Round: The HR again asked me questions from my CV, and many other technical questions from networks and DBMS. She then asked me about my family background and why Capgemini.
