There were three steps:

Aptitude test – computer-based.
Group discussion – A common topic was given, and each member in the group was supposed to talk about it. We could support or oppose viewpoints.
Technical and HR interview – one-on-one interviews.

Questions

Basic technical questions related to OOPS and C, as I was a fresher.

HR interview was more into our interests and personality.

Cons: The package offered is too low initially. Joining location should be according to the person's comfort level, also because it becomes difficult sometimes to move to a different city.
