Process

I applied on April 14, 2021, and had my assessment on May 5th. I received my results by the end of the same month and was shortlisted for the interview round. My interview was conducted almost two months after the assessment result declaration. So, yes, the whole process takes a lot of time to complete.

Usually, there are two interview rounds: technical and HR. However, for me, only the HR round was conducted. The questions were pretty easy, and I received my interview results almost two days later, along with the Letter of Intent.

Questions

They asked me mostly HR-related questions, such as:

  • How was your lockdown?
  • What did you do during that period?
  • Tell me about one of your projects mentioned in the resume.
  • How well do you work with a team?
  • What do you consider your greatest achievement?
  • How was your college life?
  • What skills did you acquire in the last six months (during lockdown)?
  • How would you manage your team if there were differences of opinion within it?
  • Are you aware of the bond?
  • Are you willing to relocate? etc.
