It was a weekend drive in March 2017. The reporting time was 10 am, and I reached at 9:30 am. A huge crowd was there, approximately 200 candidates. It took 2 hours for the security check.
The process started at 1 pm. My turn came around 2 pm, and I cleared all rounds. The interview was easy.
I filled all the documents required for the offer release. The next week, I received a mail from HR asking for required documents, which I sent immediately.
You will not get any response from HR if you ask any questions regarding documents.
After one week, I received the salary breakup and accepted it. However, I did not get the offer letter for the next month.
So, I directly called HR. She replied that I needed to give one more round of interview to get the offer letter. Then I checked with other candidates who attended the interview at Capgemini along with me. They also received the same reply from HR: they needed to give one more round to get the offer.
It's been 2 months, and I haven't received any offer letter from them. I joined another company with a very nice package and have been working there for 1 month. Now, Capgemini HR called me and asked if I could join them. I told them I had already joined another company, and still, she is asking me to leave from there and join Capgemini (without even increasing my offered package from Capgemini).
Am I desperate to join Capgemini? There are many companies ready to pay what we deserve. Then why would I join your company with this "begging"?
Easy question, basics of Java and Selenium.
