Process

I've been on walkin drive, and the treatment provided was pathetic. They were talking in local languages as to why so many people came, [saying] people coming for interviews are wasting their time. Furthermore, the written exam was going on in small rooms, and side by side, telephonic interviews were going on. There was no proper management, no proper arrangement. If you people are calling us for an interview, then learn to treat [us] good instead of scolding and making a fuss on the floor in the local language. Instead of taking and announcing results, they were more interested in ordering lunch, checking of promo codes. I do understand lunch is important during lunch hours, but what I feel is announcing results won't take two minutes, and selected people can also have lunch, and others can leave instead of sitting for two to three more hours. I reached by 10 a.m., made me sit till 11:30, then they took a written exam for half an hour and made me wait till 1:30, and then told me to leave as I didn't clear. This complete process could have gone very much easier if arrangements were good.
