Process

I recently participated in the Capgemini recruitment process for the Analyst role.

The selection process began with an online assessment. It consisted of aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic programming MCQs.

After clearing that, I was invited to a unique game-based aptitude round. This round tested my problem-solving and multitasking abilities through interactive games.

Once I cleared this round, I was shortlisted for the technical interview. The interviewer asked about my final year project, OOP concepts, differences between Java and JavaScript, and a few basic coding problems. I answered confidently and clearly explained my thought process.

This was followed by an HR interview. It focused on my communication skills, willingness to relocate, and why I chose Capgemini.

The overall experience was smooth, and the interviewers were friendly and encouraging. A week later, I received an offer letter. It was a rewarding and memorable experience.
