Process

I applied through college and interviewed with Capgemini in October. The overall process was easy. As there were many students, it took Capgemini two days to interview all the qualified candidates.

It consisted of four rounds:

Round 1: A written test, which included normal aptitude questions and an essay.
Round 2: A pseudocode round.
Round 3: A technical round, which was somewhat of a stress management exercise for me. The interviewer asked basic questions on C, Python, etc.
Round 4: An HR round, which went smoothly with some general questions.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I am eagerly waiting to join Capgemini.
