Pros: Great work-life balance, and the people are great, just like the culture. Majority of exams can be reimbursed for self-study, as well as great courses if you are able to get on them.

Cons: Dependent on the project, but there can be some poor management. Salaries are always higher for those coming in rather than internal employees.

Pros: Great work-life balance, and the people are great, just like the culture. Majority of exams can be reimbursed for self-study, as well as great courses if you are able to get on them.

Cons: Dependent on the project, but there can be some poor management. Salaries are always higher for those coming in rather than internal employees.

Cons: No matter how much hard work you put in, it will all go to waste. Politics: If there is a failure, all fingers will point at the tactless person — you. They always try to cut costs, so they promote candidates from lower grades. Sometimes, you may have to work with naive kids (immature and inexperienced) due to cost-cutting. You should be prepared to take all the blame from the client.
